Where is CHEMUN held?

 

CHEMUN XVI takes place at the American International School Chennai on November 4-6, 2022.

 

Can I attend CHEMUN as an individual delegate?

No. Although CHEMUN appreciates the enthusiasm to participate in the conference, it does not allow individual applications.  

 

What is included in the fee? 

We will be arranging the transport from the airport to hotels and from the hotel to the event (ONLY if the schools are from outside Chennai). The fee includes 3 lunches during CHEMUN and the social night.

When does registration open/close? 

Please refer to 'Registration Process' page under 'The Conference'. ​

Is there a limit to the number of delegates each school is allowed to send?

Each school is allowed to bring up to 25 delegates.

How do we pay for the conference? 

One can pay through debit/credit card. The detail will be on the registration form.

​

Should the teacher be present?

A teacher from each attending school should be present every day of the conference as an advisor.

How do I apply to become a Student Officer for CHEMUN?

Student Officer applications open when each CHEMUN conference begins its planning. For CHEMUN XIV, please refer to Registration Process and Form I, which will be open until June 19th.
