1. If you do not sign the Code of Conduct or fail to submit it by the due date/time…

 

For the first failure to successfully turn in the Code of Conduct, you will be given a friendly reminder to submit it again by the new due date/time. If you submit it by this newly given due date/time, there will be no further consequences.

However, if you fail to meet this new due date/time, you will be reported to the CHEMUN Secretariats, CHEMUN Directors, and your MUN Supervisor/Director. You will be given another chance to sign and submit your Code of Conduct. It is expected to be turned in by the final extended deadline.

If you fail to meet this deadline, you will not be allowed to participate in CHEMUN until you have successfully completed and submitted the Code of Conduct form.

2. If you do sign the Code of Conduct and then violate the norm(s)...​

If you are found to have violated the Code of Conduct for the first time, you will be given a warning from the conference host director and the CHEMUN secretariat and be reminded to correctly follow the norms on the Code of Conduct.

If you are found to have violated the Code of Conduct for the second time, you will be reported to your supervisor about your behavior. 

​

For the third violation, you will have a meeting with your MUN Supervisor, CHEMUN Directors, and CHEMUN Secretariats concerning your position.
